Born in Rennes, WOIZO is an artist who lives and works in Toulouse. Alongside his stud-ies in graphic design and illustration, he flourished through Graffiti, a free and spon-taneous expression that opened up a new field of creation for him. This practice had been decisive in his career and has never ceased to fuel his artistic process. Gradually and following numerous trips abroad, his universe and his influences have deeply evolved. His long stay in Africa was a particularly significant experience which had a par-ticular impact on his imagination and his use of colors from which he draws directly.

Other major influences such as the work of Paul Klee, the Symbolist movement and the compositions of Brauner have also nourished his artistic work. From this intermingling of cultures and genres a very personal mythology will be born. But what particularly defines Woizo's artistic work is his ability to play with shapes and colors in a unique way. He blends these elements with an exceptional mastery, creating works that are like a celebration of vitality, transformation and evolution through a colorful approach.

His color palette also results from the syncretism of its different inspirations. They play an important role in his creations and are the medium of emotions.
